So, I'm looking at the Spit.sm and I see two entries called RPodL and BPodL. Now, BPodL is the underwing pylon... easy enough. But the RPodL seems to be 4 cannons lined up. Anyone know what this is? There are separate entries for the cannons elsewhere in the .sm so why would there be a LOD that has 4 cannons lined up?

Also, in the Spit, what is the difference between the bodyRWDmg LOD and the RWIDmg LOD. They appear to be the same LOD.

These are the rocket rails.

There seem to be a lot of redundant things in the spit.

Ah, yes... rocket rails... that would make sense... thanks.

Now I'm going to try to figure out why there are redundant damage LODs in the Spit.

I don't know about the later series P-47s but the 8th and 9th AAF generally used the 3 tube launcher for rocket attacks and even then it was rarely used (at least by the 8th).
