I create a new prop for the Ju52.Now i want to do the same with the fastprop because the hub is much smaller then the old fastprop .But i get a screwy transparent texture now.It isnīt centered, but i didnīt change that. The only thing i did is moving some points from the hub.
And also the frontside of the hub is invisible now.
I used AC3D for this.

Usualy I create a brand new fast prop, this is because aolt of the props out there use joined LODs that use 2 textures, and this can't be done in Max, and this is no doubt the problem you are seeing, although you only made a small change, the action of extracting the LOD and re-importing it has cause it to lose one texture, and use the other to map the whole thing.

Myself I make the spinner and prop seperate and paste the new model into the Group, then change the ref to it in the propFast setting.
