Well it appears that 100% of the CDT's are mission related. Simply creating a new mission fixes them all up and gets the plane flying again. Weird.

Anyway, the debug version spits out a few errors...

Ok, the message seems obvious enough, but does anyone know how to fix it? What does it mean to be misaligned? The current model is at...
