Ive noticed that the only user-made terrain that uses the names.ppf file is the Pacific terrain. I assume that I also need to add in the Sommes targets, town etc to this. But what exactly does the names.ppf file do and how to I translate the English names into other languages? Thanks! IP: Logged |

ArgonV,you didnīt need to add something to the names.ppf except you want to have translations for town names, targets...Example: Windmill, this is added into the Somme.sm you find in your missionseditor Somme folder. Now all people see the Name Windmill, regardless if they have an english,german,france... language installed. So,if you want to translate it into each language you have to do this in the names.ppf Rendsburger IP: Logged |

Argon, I did that for the Pacific terrain for the language issue but, there were a small percentage of people that did NOT follow the read me and their ppf was overwritten. Its a nice touch for sure.If you need translators, post the Eglish version of the Somme section of your ppf and have folks here with the knowledge just tranlate it. It worked for me IP: Logged |
