Hawk General	posted 04-16- 12:47 PM I need to move a complext cockpit (has it's own sm file) and there is no object base, can I select more than one part in OPS to move? I would like to select all the cockpit parts and move them as a whole but I have not found a way to do it yet. Is there another way around this, a way to move the whole cockpit or a way to find a tartet xyz number to move all parts to? IP: Logged
Razer Pilot	posted 04-16- 01:05 PM You don't move the model you move the ref. When you click on the cockpit ref, you should get an arrow. You move this arrow to move the pit. IP: Logged

Hawk General	posted 04-16- 04:09 PM Crap, I moved it ok and that worked well as it all went together, except for the Dorfs! My needles go all over the place and I cannot move a dorf for this cockpit in my OPS, it crashes each time I try to bring up a dorf for the thing. IP: Logged
Pete Hawk Pilot	posted 04-16- 05:12 PM Make a back up of your sm files. Try it again. Select the reference for the cockpit, move it to it's new location. Then immediately save the file. Then check out your DOFs, they should be fine. I think you probably tried moving to many things before saving. IP: Logged
