I did everything correct and it has to think and it gets done but there is no output file made, i typed

untiff mainpanel128 *****

the ***** isn't what I put, I just dont want to say what I put. If anyone could help it would be appreciated.

I never got untiff to work properly, so I use IRFANVIEW too. It's not the prettiest application out there, but it does the job and it's FREE!
