When the 163 im working on gets dammaged to a certain level the engine starts flaming, well the flame originates about half the length behind the plane. I havent seen a flame property in the engine, at least I don't think.

I believe that when the engine is damaged 50% it will produce a fire. It should originate in the middle of the engine. However if the engine has already started to produce smoke, the flame will start from the first smoke call that is still present.

Remember how the P-51D would shoot flames from the exhaust, There was a call from the first engine damage to produce smoke from the exhaust, if damage got to 50% it would change it to flame.

To move your flames where you want, you may need to relocate the engine, or maybe start smoke from the engine when it reaches 40% or 50% and place it's origin where you want.

You are doing a Great job in this thing, very cool.
