can anyone give me a short description, how to put all instrument tiffs to the panel?
What i know is to put ONE tif to one object.

Some tricks:

You can actually map the whole panel with one tiff and then just move the needles, etc. to match the dail locations. But this will be too blurry - not enough detail. So most people do this:

Map one texture to the whole panel - it will be blurry a bit, at least the actual dials. Now create each instrument guage as its own flat polygon object and map a dail texture to it, this will be clear and sharp looking. Also notice that Inertia mapped a sperate little shadow object to each dial to make it look like it is thicker.

Also you can just refernce the file of existing dials and guages - instead of making new ones from scratch. This saves work and saves texture memory!

I'm sure there are more ideas as well...
