I canīt get alpha textures to work correct. Everytime it looks red.
What i have done with this fastprop.tif, nothing, i have it only opened in Corelphotopaint and saved (no LZW compression)I have nothing changed!

It might be the version of Photo-Paint you're using.

Send me the textures and I'll load and save them from GIMP and from my version of photo-paint. Then you can see which one works.

Check the polyflags on OPS for that texture. I got something similar when I had an alpha texture which had the wrong poly flags set.

I also got this when I swapped textures on a sea terrain tile. Never did work that one out....

Iīve testet something out and Corelphotopaint must be the reason. If i copy an fastprop.tif from a different plane to the Ju textures folder an rename it to fastprop.tif it works correct. Now if i open this tif file with corel and save it as an tif file (without compression and without changing everything) i will get the red prop in game!
