I want to create textures with alpha channel for the glass and prop,but it won´t work.OPS doesn´t load the tifs and in game i have uni Red planes.

After you're done using PhotoPaint, choose export instead of save. Select TIFF for the file format- and here's the important part. Choose "No compression" in the drop down list.

SDOE will not load LZW compressed tifs.
