I just came up with an idea for the 163. The idea is that sometimes if the plane landed to hard it would bounce and do a flip. Well, I was thinking since there is an invisible wheel on the skid, if you came down too hard, the wheel would break off, making the skid a base for a tremoundos ammount of friction when you land, it then flips over and lands on an invisible "button" of sorts that triggers an explosion. Whaddaya think?

If you had 2 wheels on the skid, one at the front, and one at the back, breaking the front one would naturally tip the nose down. If this also triggered an explosion from an invisible 'bomb' you should get a flip. You could even have a different explosion for a tail heavy landing that broke the other wheel! Simulating fuel vapour explosion maybe.

Can't think of any reason why this shouldn't work! Tricky bit will be getting the right balance. Mind you, the real thing took a nit of practice to fly....and we get a second chance!
