Ok, so here I am with Aladars Me-163.  I want to see if the AI takes off... well it does! And rather quickly too! (Which is a good thing) Now I see the AI raise his gear (The skid actually)... the dolly doesnt detach! "Bummer" I says... well I wait to see what next, he lowers his gear and the split-second he does, CTD! "Doh!" I says.... Well I went back into OPS and did more experimenting. Now I got the AI to drop the gear dolly on take-off! "Yea!" I says. But I wait to see what happens next and STILL the split-second the AI lowers his gear CTD! "Ah Crap!" I says... and this is where I am now. ANY clue what so ever as to why this is happening? Its got me... I can raise and lower the gear all day long till my pointer finger turns blue without a CTD, but as soon as the AI does, CTD!   "Help Me!" I says... P.S. Before I got ahold of the Me-163, the AI couldnt take off worth a flip and if it even did it wouldnt raise or lower its gear. Spanky here... Not that it will help much. But I figure the CTD maybe because the AI lowers the gear and expects it to be there, I'm guessing its not cause thats the trolly? The game gets confused and exits. Maybe when you do it the game doesn't care cause the AI isn't thinking about that gear. Try taking a flight raising the gear, lowering the gear and then handing control back to the AI. My guess is it will CTD as soon as you hand over control cause he will be baffled. Maybe try it so the trolly isn't technicaly the gear as far as the game and AI is concerned? Not that I know how you will do that. When is beta? IP: Logged |

Spanky, LoL tried that!  Also, I got rid of the gear/anything having anything to do with the gear completely and STILL AI CTDs me.... IP: Logged |
