Hi all,

In my engine damage endeavors, I have noticed (even before I make any modifications) those 2 planes are extremely squirrely. Try pulling a fairly hard bank at about 200 mph or less and the planes will flop over on you. The BF109E4/BF109G6 fly "normally" in my opinion. Has anyone else noticed this or is it just me?

since the 109's were released I've only ever been able to fly the G, as most of the guys online or in JV44 will tell you, I hate the others because they always snap roll/flat spin when I pull turns, even taking it real easy, whereas the G6 was always reasonable to fly, so yes, I've noticed they don't like turning, but far as I can tell, they've always been that way, not just since pp6

I've updated the FM on all the 109s versions and they are/will be ready for the next PP revision...

Tail can attest that the FM's are now a lot "nicer"

Cool Zur, I never complained about the 109's much before, I kinda accepted thats how they are and just didn't fly them when I had a choice, so to me this will be extra cool cause I'll have 3 new aircraft to fly

Hi Zur,

That sounds great. Can you send me the new sm files so I can include them with my engine damage stuff? I really like to have good flying planes when my online engine damage testing/trials start.

Thanks,

...Condor,

Sure, no problem.

You'll have to wait till this evening as I'm at work (yes, I do work from time to time)...

I'll upload them to my site and I'll send you the URL to download them.

Hey thanks very much Zur. It just amazes me how this community works together so well(not always but 99% of the time) towards improving this sim. We are making incredible improvements all the time. I wonder what MH and Mighty think about all this? I am sure they are pleased with what they see.

Yes the landings/takeoffs are much nicer now ! I thought the actual flying part was good even before though.

The only thing that bothers me about the 109 is the DM and I'm sure Condor has some ideas on that
