Is there a place where i can see all the flags and what they do?

There was a flag number i found a long time ago by complete mistake and it was on the prop. white in the alpha channel was solid in game. 802243 isn't completely solid, it's still slighty transparent.

n e 1 know a DM flag that has solid color in the white alpha layer and completely clear in the black?
