OK, has anyone got a sensible explination beyond "add a new LOD, make it active, Import the LOD mesh.. OPS Crashes and destroys your SM"I'd rather use OPS for this since I don't know much about the inner workings of SM files, so can anyone here actually use OPS to add 2nd/3rd level LODS without it frying your SM, and if so which version, so far I've tried B130 and B111 with the same results.. Thnaks guys ~Nat~

Managed to do it with OPS v1.3.I added an extra LOD to a model, but did the adding of bits into it in AC3D. The added LOD showed up in the Heirarchy and I imported my object into it. What i did find was that OPS was very unstable when I ws doing it. I saved before, did one bit, saved again, etc. etc. cos I got several crashes. Could be I was just lucky! IP: Logged | |
