Hey guys, well the Saab JA37 Viggen is flying now, so I've started work on the FM (I heard others don't work this way.. but I find it logical to work like - 1. model 2. into OPS 3. Get it flying 4. FM 5. DM 6. Fine tweaking/Skining)The problem I'm having is with the top speed, I think I've got the power close, but can't test because above 800mph the fuse starts to shudder so much you just gotta back off. Does anybody know what causes the shuddering or what I can alter to get rid of it? Thanks ~Nat~

Usually this is because a weight is too low somewhere... or a surface area is too high Also too much dihedral has been known to cause this as well... ------------------ -Sv =FC= WWI in SDOE!

Thanks SV, altered the wing area and dihedral, now stable at Mach 1.2 now time to try pushing the top speed upto Mach2 IP: Logged |

This is 1947 and Chuck Yeager all over again......except that it's on a PC, year 2K, and it's Mach 2 we're trying to break, and in a Swedish plane IP: Logged | |
