I believe the propfast/bent and slow positioning have to do where the inertia is for the origonal prop. (I lined up the interia for the prop a little bit, you should of seen how it spun before) I had the same problem trying to view them. Try copying them to another planes SM file and view it from there. Use an older version to copy parts up in the "tree" or you will get a ill ops.------------------ -=Make sims, not hype=- Visit My Site! http://ArgonV.tripod.com/My_Page.html IP: Logged |

The fastProp model replaces an existing model (prop in most cases), so where it is positioned in OPS maters not. Just make sure that the center of he propFast mesh is at the same point as the normal prop mesh. Load them both into your 3d ap and align the propFast to the prop, then export the propFast, it will be centered now ------------------ -Sv =FC= WWI in SDOE!

What SV said. Just open the main prop .lod in your 3D program, and line up all the other prop models with it.Always works for me... ------------------ --jedi-- IP: Logged |

Maybe unchecking "use base model" under options does solve the crash problem - not sureLK IP: Logged |

Spanky, to view the fastprop in OPS, just left click on it (in the left text window) to highlight it then in the properties window(on the right), right click the LOD1, and select Make LOD Active. You can use this to see the shadows, and different LOD levels of other parts IP: Logged |
