Topic: How are downloaded aircraft added to SDOE ??

Is there someone out there who can explain the procedure for adding a downloaded aircraft to SDOE and get it to fly ??????????IP: Logged |

Hey Dean, there should be a ReadMe with the downloaded zip file, but when extracted properly you should end up with the aircraft displayed.. lets say you download the Ki61, then when exctraced properly you should have something like this..fighter squadron/ Media/ Aircraft/ Ki61/ sounds/ Textures/ the sounds file might not come with it, some use one others don't. The best thing to do if you're not sure where to exctract the zip file to is to extcrat it to the folder you downloaded it into, and manualy move the folders to where they should be in the above example. Download the Ki-61? that's a good trick since i haven't released it.

I've had the Ki61 for ages, it was the first addon aircraft I got you remember the old one with messed up mapping don't you?IP: Logged |
