I finally got my Bf110 to have a gunner and pilot model and have both capable of bailing out, and now when they jump out their parachutes open but flys away from the pilot or gunner. Any suggestions?------------------

I got the same thing on the Italian fakes Aladar. I think that it has something to do with opening up the pilot SM in OPS. I'd like to get this answered as well.IP: Logged |

That's exactly the problem...For some odd reason OPS doesn't like the pilot.sm files too much! There is a way around this but I seem to have forgotten it...I'm sorry...Try using the search option on the forum and search for pilot .sm files or pilot files things of the nature.------------------

Yep, whenever you save in OPS it saves every file associated with the airplane that it could open. You might want to reinstall the pilot.sm files.IP: Logged |

Hehe - I'm a bit nasty, OK, simple:turn "Parse Proplist" off in OPS and you wont run into trouble (but you need a "fresh" pilot.sm...), with PP of you can change anything.... Please make sure that the CG of the Pilot is in the right place ((near his fat ass)). I think I posted alot and others too, covering pilot/crew things, so if you ever run into problems... The new P-51d also has this problem. I reinstalled all my pilot sms from the plane pack yesterday since I tested and a lot of pilots didnt work right. They now all do except the Italian pilot and the new P-51d pilot.IP: Logged |
