How is the turn distance measured?? I think it might be the cause of my unstable FM, if you pull a bit to hard, you pull into a snap roll, and eventually rip off your tail.------------------ "Don't move, if we scatter, he'll pick us off! Stand Together!"~~Aladar Thats 24 times to see Disneys Dinosaur and counting!! IP: Logged |

Theres a formula based on the speed and number of G's that will give you turn radius but I don't have it handy If you just want to know how quickly it turns you can just time the fastest you can do a level 360 degree turn without losing altitude or speed. TS

So the turndistance property is measured in seconds?? By the way, Tail, would you be interested in doing the skin for the Bf110? I've seen your german skins and I love them all, so whaddaya say?? The mapping is pretty good. Plus you can give me some input, and perhaps help me with a few things.IP: Logged |

This one? I don't think you need an exact value for this. aircTurnDist dist
A waypoint is deemed “reached” once the vehicle comes within dist feet of it.

that turndistance property can make the AI screw up landings if you don't set it "right" I've heard... Anyhow, if the AI is flying really erratically, it would be something to check.charm IP: Logged |

If the AI endlessly circles the field bump it up.. or better yet take the value from one of the existing planes they land OK
