How do I define which of the 110's 6 forward facing guns fire with which buttons. 2 are cannons and 4 are MG's. ------------------ "Don't move, if we scatter, he'll pick us off! Stand Together!"~~Aladar Thats 24 times to see Disneys Dinosaur and counting!! IP: Logged |

If memory serves, the defaults are gunchain0 for mg button and gunchain1 for cannon button. The values are set in the Loadout.ppf file. Turret guns always seem to be gunchain0.Hope this helps. p.s from the latest screenshots of the 110, have you gone for a 'C' or will it be a 'G'? It doesn't seem to be working. The trigger fires MG's, but I've got ammo in the cannons, so when I push the secondary button, it make the sound of no ammo!IP: Logged |

Post me the ppf and I'll have a look at it. I know it sounds obvious, but check to make sure the ppf names match the pilot/gunners gunlist. I had lots of fun learning this when I started playing with gun positions. If you need any help on this, just shout. For a working 110C it will be worth it! IP: Logged |

I know what is wrong: should be gunChainInit 1 1 1? 1500 , 1? means is it really a synchronized cannon ? It is all described in the Specification too.. One problem I saw with this is that under Alt W the cannon(s) still keep red, but they do work... LK IP: Logged |

Laika's right, you need to change the gunchain. The specs for GunchainInit parameters are: Gunchain number ( 0-5) ~Guntrigger ( 0 for mg, 1 for Cannon ) synchronised gun chain ( 0 or 1) You have a trigger of 0 for the cannon, which looks like it's confusing things. Swap it to 1 and the cannon fire. The synchro bit affects the rate of fire, coz syncronised guns fire in sequence at the ROF,non synchro just all fire together. Affects the amount of lead you throw out If you get stuck, have a look at the p38 loadout. Hope this helps. IP: Logged |
