Does this bird have engine smoke on startup?

it looks like it should from the properties, puff left and right, but I can't see it in game.

Is this a settings problem at my end, and if so, how do I cure it.

I wanted to graft this facility onto a few other planes, for no other reason than the atmosphere it generates.

That and good startup sounds. One for the patch I suppose. More sounds for engines to smooth out the transition from startup to run

It sure does have smoke on startup-- just another cool innovation Bjorn put into it.

I see it in patch 1.5 but not in beta build 65, same as Mistel DOF's , same bug I think.
The P47 is a tough nut to crack on the sound front, I recorded a startup from the orginal P47 training film but 1940,s soundtracks are not a good basis and it is very muddy sounding and there is only so much editing that can be done before distortion sets in. All the FS98 P47 sound files are to put it nicely crap, does someone have Janes WW2 fighters out of which they can extract any P47 sounds and send them to me so I can get this plane sounding as good as it looks.

It's there guys, BEFORE YOUR START UP, hit F2 and jump to about the 11:00 position. Start the engine and you'll see it. Pretty damn cool! My friend told me about it over the phone and I thought he was on crack, but After seeing it fo myself I was awestruck! Nice work guys! Wwhat other little cool things have you done with the P-47JT?
