How is this done? On a plane one wing has the blue arrow pointing up on the wing and on the opposite wing the blue arrow is pointing down on the wing. I want that arrow to point up on the wing so how do I do this? PLEASE help me!

You had to rotate the arrow by rotating the wing, so what kind of a plane is that ? I assume it is buggish somehow ?

It sounds like you need to rotate the wing, but you may need to rotate it in your modeling program as well, and then reimport so it sits right side up. Normally you'll find the little blue arrows below the wings.
