I noticed that in the He 100 there are two pilots. I looked over the various attributes in OPS but I couldn't see any difference so I got ready to delete one.

Then I got smart and decided to check the 109 (a similar plane) first. What do you know, two pilots!

Ok, is this because both started with the 190 and there's a mistake there, or is there some reason to have two pilots that I'm not aware of?

One is for the software renderer, the other for hardware. I'd leave 'em alone

When my pilot blacks out in the corsair i hear two voices saying "AAHHH".

Yeah, same was on the I16 - two pilots and no one knows why - I just removed one, it still works......
