Okay while I am drunk and this is on my mind it's a great idea and pretty sure it will work. Okay make an airfoil object that will detach when over a certain speed that way when your getting ready to takeoff the damned horn won't be goin off on your ass! Okay now when you get over a certain speed and the object detaches send a obFunc onDetach to an object that queries the airspeed of the aircraft and when it gets under a certain speed bring a model up threw the dash as usual. That's all I have to say bout that now yall give me some feedback on that little idea! I am unable to test or try any of these ideas because this computer sucks ass and is incapable of running SDOE.

I have no clue if this works, but it certaintly doesnt work as a stall warning horn. Stalls are not related to airspeed, only to angle of attack. Everytime you exceed your critical angle of attack your wing will stall, no matter at what airspeed.
The term stall speed is related to a load factor of 1G. For a loadfactor 2G, your stall speed is 1.41 larger and for 4G it is 2 times larger.

What you need is an information about your angle of attack. I looked into the OpenPlane.doc, but couldnt find anything.
