Hey, I posted in the Help/FAQ Section and received two replies. So I'm posting here.
Reminds me of fishing on Wildcat Lake when I was a bit younger!
Anyhow I receive an error in an unknown module when I open an sm file in OPS. (The program works fine on another computer but not on mine) Actually The sm file will open and I'll have the model there, then as soon as I try playing with it - pop - comes the fatal error and its back to the desktop.
Any suggestions where I should start looking in my machine? Thanks Wil

You should look at your system cooling fan and determine how hot the processor runs. I've had the same prob. What fixed it for me was that I ran the computer "naked" w/o cover and pointed a big house fan right at the mobo. Full blast, problems gone. No unexplained crashes since.

You could try changing the render quality (in the prefs) to Mono. That will use D3D's software driver rather than your cards.
