I can't remember where I got this page from but it lists efficiency 'K' for planes. The values seem to be in the 50 to 90 range, perhaps its in different units than openplane uses.

Would dividing by 100 work?

I would expect so. OP uses 0-1 which is really the same thing (since it sounds like the page you saw lists percentage).
