MH can you tell me which port SDOE operates on for mutiplayer so I can make a 3rd party program for network play? Anything else I may need to know about; to make a 3rd party program would be nice to know if you can share =)

Knowing what sort of data you're looking for will help me help you. What will the program do?

Well lets see here...first off I need to make it open another port for my operations...I.E. check the keyboard.inp file and make a slight mod to it so people can't just from plane to plane and rip people's positions off. Maybe make it to where you can have your own skin. Private communications for people without rw. I need the "keywords" the game sends to the other clients when in multiplayer...that would help very much I need the port # or port #s. Well now you have the general idea of what I want to try and create. Can you help me?

There's no way you'll be able to do this just by knowing the ports that FS uses.

You're going to have to write a separate program to do all this anyway, so you may as well use a non-FS port.
