I need some help TMing my ailerons so that they match with my wings, any suggestions?

I don't know about AC3D but I assume it would work the same.

In MAX you would line up the wing and ailerons, select both, select the faces you want to map in both objects and then map.

You mean alignment right? The best thing to do would be to load up the wings and ailerons at the same time in AC3D, position them, then texture map them as 1. Then brake them up, and export them separately. Then slap them back in OPS.

Here is a step by step on how to do that:

It is key that you always texture map across multiple objects to get the best results.
