I posted it in the download section. Nat suggested me to post info here so any of you may model it.

--------------------------

I would like to see the 110/551/1102/2205-pound bombs modeled.

Those were general purpose bombs carried by german fighter-bombers.

110 pound bomb was carried by 109s and 190s.

551 pound bomb was a time fused fragementation bomb mounted under the wings of 109s ans 190s. It was dropped into B-17 formations to break them up and it had 3 second time delay before detonation.

1,102 and 2,205 pound bomb were carried by Sturmvogel fighter-bomber version of the Me 262.

Rockets were the Wfr. Gr. (Werfer-Granate) 21 Rocket-Fired mortars.
Two of these 21-cm mortar shells were mounted beneath 109s and 190s, one per wing.
It was designed to be fired into tight bomber formations to break formations. It was used during the second US bombing raid on Schweinfurt on october 14, 1943 and it was launched from outside of the B-17s field of fire. It had a slow muzzle velocity of 1,030 feet per second and at a range of 3,280 feet it had a vertical deviation of 25 feet, so it had to be fired above the bombers, and an horizontal deviation of 130 feet. It could also deviate depending on atmospheric conditions.

There is also the R4M (Rakete 4 Minen Geschoss)air-to-air rocket used on Me 262 and
the SG (Sondergerät) 500 Jagdfaust vertically launched rocket developed for the Me 163.

Also there were a variety of cannons used by germans.

-Rheinmetall Borsig MG 131 machine gun
-MG FF cannon
-Mauser MG 151/20 cannon
-Rheinmetall Borsig MK 108 cannon
-Rheinmetall Borsig MK 103 cannon

Hi Alpharomeo,

you seem to know quite a thing or two about German aircraft weapons. I think the biggest challenge are the timed fuses on the rockets and the anti-aircraft bomb. I'd suggest you grab the OpenPlane doc and OpenPlaneStudio and take a closer look at some of the armament you want to change. It's not really that hard, especially bombs. For the timed fuses you might try something like the onDetach - obDelay(time) - obExplode (or someting along those lines).

I have not programming skills so openplane conventions seems to be a little bit complex for me.

Are you talking about modeling the fuses into them...or modeling them to look realistic?
