Hi, I'm updating my Yak cockpit and I'd really like to add trim wheels to each side of the plane but it looks like they will be a pain to model and texture in a FPS friendly manner. Do any of the existing planes have a good example of this?

Can I "borrow" one from another plane? If not just looking at how it was done would be a great help.

I don't want to make them move... if they moved I'd have to model the whole wheel in 3d which would suck up tons of polys.

There should be a way to texture a flat disk with holes cut out of it to look like a 3d trim wheel..

TS, Check JT's realistic spit cockpit, it has really nice trim wheels.

The trim wheels on the Yak look like the taps on outside faucets, round with spokes.. the spit ones look like flat discs with bumps around the edge. Still looking.
