chill dude, you need to use OPS 1.0.3 or 1.0 to have LOD import work best. ------------------

I used OPS 1.03 for LOD importing but the latest version for all other purposes I threw the Idea of simple lod importing out the window and tried what worked on the Pfalz, I extracted the LODs of a .sm file and replaced the lods and re-built the file, and still gave mw an illegal operation. I use the latest OPS and it works fine with a little workaround. When importing lods for the first time after startup, you manually have to type in *.Lod in the Open dialog. The first time you do this, the import lod window will show a lot of gibberish, if the lod is very complex. Continuing the import will give you an illegal op. Try this: -Import a lod first that is very simple(a shadow or whatever -trial and error process) -Re-import the REAL lod you want. Continue importing. That should work. If the lod-import dialog window reads a highlighted blank row, it should work. I need to do this every time I restart OPS.IP: Logged | |
