There is a bug in OLC, it can build bad
.SM files without giving any error messages.
I haven't been able to find what triggers
the bug yet. If you want to keep using
OLC and SMD I suggest you check that any
.SM files you build will decompile OK
with SMD (don't overwrite your input .OL

Ahhh,more information has come to hand,
If you have a [ENDGroup:n] without
a matching [Group:n]it will wreck the .SM
file. So don't do that  Hippie.
