I'm curious to know what are all of the ways to improve turn radius. Basically, I've found that if I increase the airMax values for the elevators, the plane gets too jumpy for small movements. I want to be able to really tighten up the turn radius without this over-responsiveness to small stick movements. Does changing the CoG help? How about changing the density of wings and other objects which aren't at x=0? How about changing airArea values? How about using NACA0010 airfoil instead of NACA0012 or FW190? Basically, if you know of a way to improve the turn-fighter characteristics of a plane, can you post it here?

thanks,
charm

Make the rear parts of the plane heavier and the forward parts lighter by changing phyRelDensity values. If the plane controls become too sensitive reduce the airmax values.

This will only buy you so much manouverability.. if its an overweight underwinged plane it will only turn so good.
