Any way to view the damage LODs in OPS? They don't appear even when I select "make LOD visible". I canna position them if I canna see them.

The objects have an obHidden property. Remove it temporarily, while positioning them.

Do the same thing to see and adjust the CG box for the engine.

BTW, you don't mean by "damage LODS" what we usually mean. You are talking about the hidden damage LODS that are their own LODS.

The ones I talk about are the models in the "closet" (above root) used for model replacement. These are indeed activated by "making LOD active," but their position in OPS is not of any relavence. These LODS will be positioned exactly where the LOD they are replacing are postioned.
