Here's a site I just came across. It's called Hoofs Warbirds Performance Page.
It has loads of information on aircraft performance for a good number of WW2 aircraft.

Stuff like roll rate, turn performance and a whole lot more! Hopefully someone can use this information to make a flight model for their Openplane aircraft.
