I've got quite a few pictures already, but how about a nice Staaken R.IV cutaway. I'm just puting oil resevoirs and fuel tanks in guessing positions.IP: Logged |

I beleive it was the biggest bomber of WWI, ringing in with a 138ft span, 72ft lenght. Some of the later variants had enclosed pilot crew cabins. I think the R.IV could carry a 4,400lb bomb load, but not the full 8hr endurance (77mph top speed * 8hrs = 616miles, yeah right). That is just if you find one, if not, no stress, I wrote NASM to see what they could find for me.IP: Logged |

Spanky here.. Sounds cool. Can't wait to see it in the game. We need some ww1 bombers before i can get into the whole ww1 thing. I'll keep my eyes open.
