Topic: Spad XIII Project started, well sort of.......

Heya all,Hmm, whats after the DVII you ask? Well Raider and I have decided to work on the Spad XIII. Right now, I have with about 5 hours work, have gotten the model done along with the switch in lods. Next I will map it and it will sit untill the DVII is released. Here are some pics, as you see I have some details to work out, but you get the idea    We are hoping to have this plane included in the first WWI Plane Pack. It should all go alot quicker than the DVII did.

Heya all,Thanks for the kind comments Nuum,
I have found some great info on the Spad, even CP photos! But I would love to have more photos. So please send them. As Raider can tell you, I'm very excited about this project. The inpsiration, at least for me, comes from the 94th Aero and the Lafeyette Escadrille. The Spad though a fine French plane, was the pinnacle plane for the US pilots. Anyhow, we will keep you posted on the progress. ------------------

Mmmmmm... Spad.... goog, very very goog Zoycite!! (inside joke everybody..)I think I've died and gone to heaven... I can't wait to see an online furball with all these new WWI types in the air at once! I'm going to try my hand at making a TwinVickers AA gun this weekend... you guys are doing great as a RB2 flyer still tho myself is there a sop triplane in the works yet my fav plane for giving it back to the huns even if it only has a single gun it handles nicely IP: Logged |
