OK, Im using OPS 1.2.0

Im trying to get the gear on the spitfire to inherit from the fuselage instead of from the wings. The problem is, I cant cut the group off of the wing, just the components within the group. Also, when I try to delete a group the whole spitfire (except for the external prop and shadow groups) gets deleted. Is this a known problem or am I just not doing something right?

Falck:

Can you just "cut" the gear group using the folder tree in the left window and then paste the gear group under the fuselage group? Do this all from the folder tree and not in the 3d window?

Negative
Cutting an internal group from the Spitfire removes the entire spitfire tree
The only things left are the 3 external groups for props and shadows.
Trying to select an object in the 3d window (and all the objects are still there) generates an error. Just pasting the clipboard data back into the left window just puts a blank icon there.

Any ideas?

Falck, from one moron to another.
I have had the same problem at times. Be sure to use the text menu bar at the top (Not the icons) go to Edit and select cut, copy, paste or delete from there.

I had the same problem the other night no matter what I did it would remove the whole tree. I do not know why, but I rebooted my computer and it worked ok after the reboot.

Hope this works.

The moron writing OPS thinks this is probably a bug.
