I found out why your hanger picture wasn't showing up- in your Zip, you had the following path: Media/Art/Hanger/Japan/ and then the bmp. files...but it should be in Media/Art/Hanger/Japan/a6m5 and then the bmp.'s! You forgot a folder 
The scramble missions work now as well- I just used the standard ones from the game- and changed the FW-190 in them to the Zero. If someone wants to make Japanese Scramble missions on their own- more power to them. I figured I'd wait til the Dauntless and Corsair, and Wildcat come out.
Now we just need to get those voices working in the Hanger section of the game
