I was just sitting here thinking about modeling carrier operations, and how cool it'd be to model an LSO Officer! Have the little guy wearing white standing on the aft left part of the carrier, except this one would have working arms to use as hand signals! It'd be easy I think. Pull back and his arms go up, push forward and they go down, left for left, and right for right, and with the rudder control his entire body could turn (and he could point with his arms this way too). Hit the gear key and watch him duck as you fly over!

All you'd need is like a cardboard cutout of a man standing type mesh, a simple texture map, and there you go. It'd be a blast online, you could stand there and guide in the planes!

And for sounds, as long as you can hear other planes sounds online, you could have each wav sound say things like "Keep it coming, too high, too low, wave off, a little left, a little right," etc.

Anyone interested? If there are enough who'd like to see this I'll get one together.
