I can remember sitting in 1st grade class, trying to imagine what the year 2000 would be like, and now it's here. Seems like those days were eons ago (1971).

Happy New Year everyone!

Oh, yes, I remember it vividly, I was in the first class (in 1974) and was sitting there and thinking how would it be, and what kind of a grown up I will be. I managed to calculate my age in the year 2000 in a nick of time (in those days one nick equalled five minutes) too. Turns out I'm still the same boy playing with flying toys as I was then. How on Earth one grow up?!

I can remember thinking about it in 1962 right after graduation and parked at the A and W rootbeer stand in my buddies hopped up 40 ford. But the thought went away when Angie brought the rootbeers.
