I'm still plugging away at my Yak-3. I had the good fortune to get an email from a programmer in Russia who got interested in SDOE through my website and wants to work on making a plane (!)

I'll post a snap of the model, I'm in the process of extruding it but I'm being picky because I know it will get the microscope treatment when released and it's easier to fix stuff now than later. I doubt the plane will be finished in time for the contest.

I'm trying to make a start on a Yak-1. Anybody know of a good web source for cockpit phots of Soviet WW2 fighters?

I think I have those shots Raider, is it the four color views two of the front one of each side?

Interested in collaborating Jerry? How much overlap is there between the Yak 1 and the Yak 3?

AFAIK Tailslide, the Yak-1 and -3 shared many exterior details, apart from air intakes and the canopy/rear fuselage. Some sort of co-operation would be very useful - but after Christmas if poss'.
