I'm working on a new plane and ran into this last night. While working on the landing gear I had the nose and one main (not a C-5), working right. (It's based on the 262's gear... same gear, different configuration).

The other one would rotate about it's lower strut axis but refused to retract. After tinkering with the parts in OPS I finally got it to retract BUT the NLG steering then stopped working. I didn't touch the nose gear! I then cut and pasted that new working gear onto a sm file that I knew had a good working nose gear. Once again it broke the steering. MH I'm going to send you the files for this. I hope you can find a fix for me.

It's turning out real nice! Can't wait to show this puppy off.

It's fixed! Can you say "BE SURE ALL APOSTROPHES ARE IN THEIR PLACE!" Just a tiny little typo on my part messed things up. Thank goodness it's working now.
