SE5a Version 7 up at:
http://www.schoolmusic.com/chickencoop/se5a/index.htm

Updates:
1. Fixed some normal/smooth LODS - some parts seem darker than others. The horizontal stabalizer still looks strange...
2. Added brackets that hold Foster mount onto the fuse.
3. Fixed windshield - much better now, and to scale.
4. Switched most all damage LODS (SE5aDmg.sm) to the SE5a from the Fokker.
5. Created basic "damaged" texture
6. Deleted many un-used LODS. Many LODS could switch out after most detailed LOD - no need for low detail ones.
7. Updated some LOD switch-in distances.

So at least the SE5a will no longer turn into a Fokker when damaged!

Heya,

Looking good!
I had trouble with the "darker" areas too. It seemed to be caused when cutting and pasting and then rotating it to the proper orientation. If say your wing has a darker area on top, look at the bottom of it, it will look lighter. So what I figured out was that after doing the above operation, I then had to flip it using the x,y,z keys to get it right. That worked for me.

Going to grab your SE5a, I have a DVII that is a little hungry

Sorry for the double post

Nuum,

I am waiting until you discover what approach works best for the wires - then I will do it that way. You are way ahead of me on wires - yours look great!
