HDD has lots of info for doing sound. Download it from the OPPs website at http://www.fshangar.com/area51/ under documentation,

Thanks Kopper,
I should have known. I think this is going to be really cool. Im using actual Daimler Benz, DB605 engine samples.
If this works well im going to do the Zero next. I have have some much better sound files than the default.

Thanks again,

Gunner

The start and stop engine sounds that I did for the 109 are also a DB605 (Bf109g-2 Trop Black 6)

Gunner, make a directory called Sounds in any or all of the aircraft directories. Add the wav files in there and you're done.
You only need to name the sound files correctly for them to work, ie enginestop.wav enginerun.wav etc

I found a whole pile of warbirds soundpacks on some pages ages ago, they had tons of sound files that sounded realistic. Try looking at a few warbirds pages for some great flap/gear/flak/engine sounds.
