Author Topic:   El Alamein Archy Pilot posted 05-30- 03:15 PM                Having scrambled across the sands to the waiting town of El Alamein, I finally encountered the enemy: Bullet driving his own tiger 2. We were blasting into each other with machine guns and cannon fire, but the shells were just bouncing off. Finally Bullet managed to knock out my left track, my tank listed left, but I kept firing my guns. I scored a hit on Bullets right track and he too listed. By now I was out of machine gun rounds, but still had plenty of canon shells. The loader was going as fast as he could, but with the poor quality of our ammunition, only every other round seemed to explode. Finally Bullet got the kill shot, and my turret exploded upwards. And the battle was lost. IP: Logged
