Hi you guys...especially, Nat..I hope youīll get to see this...Itīs about the ships that comes with the PP6.0...Iīve seen pictures of those ships. My ships looks different. There is ships that I have never used, but Akagi, for example, is totally black!!!. I think the problem is with the missing textures. Basicly with japanese ships...what ami I going to do..How can I make those ships look the way they should???

Hi FF! Can you make a list up of exactly which ships you have problems with? Still, no-one else has ever mentioned this problem, so I tend to think there's something wrong at your end, try deleting your SDOE cahce files to make sure they haven't been corrupted. What g/card are you using and does this happen in every mission? Hopefuly deleting your cache will fix this though, but we'll see what we can do  ~Nat~ IP: Logged |

I checked my ships, and I must tell you, now I really know what Iīve been missing, theyīre beautiful...
Iīm not sure which of them came with the pack, so I checked them all in case, someone can fix them...almost all of them are fine, but few are totally messy:Saratoga: Deck is messy, textures not sharp Akagi carrier: Totally black, red and grey stripes on deck, guns like "lights on"...obviously textures missing... Big Akagi carrier: OK, unless,if there should be that "rising sun"-symbol on deck. Thatīs missing. Another Saratoga???: totally black, exept the tower... I think these are corrupted ones...I will do a recheck again, if something special comes up...bu think about these, if there is something we can do to make them look right. They are beautiful, so I think, they should look the they were meant to be..thanks TFF

Thanks FFThankfully those are ships that weren't done by me lol but this is something that is good to know about so we can make sure they get fixed, as you probalaby know already we're making the Base Pack so I'll check out whats going on here, but certainly they have incorect texture refs. The blurry textures though are to be expected, consider this, the carrier is massive, and over that is a 256x256 texture, stretching that tiny texture over a massive hull can oly make it blurry, but again, it's worth us looking into, I think simply changing the texture size will fix that. we'll see what we can do about all this FF, thnaks IP: Logged |

Thanks, and no problem, Nat..itīs my pleasure. Maybe this is the way to get those ships fixed...What are your ships anyway? Oh btw Nat...everybodyīs ravinīabout Natīs trees, huge and beautiful, etc...where can they be found??.. Are they the ones that should be at the trainstation in Bavaria...?? My station looks odd, and I got a tip,that it may has something to do with the "Natīs trees" just curios. Hmmm..are they the trees that came with the GP2?..Or how many trees we have in SDOE??

wow, didn't know anyone was realy into those tress As for where to get them, sorry but someone will have to mail them to you, since NBCI stopped hosting the trees got lost  they need to send the trees sm file, and the textures for them, I hope someone can fix you up. as for my ships, here's the list (hope I don't miss any lol) Akizuki destroyer

Yep, Thanks Steve...I appreciate it...And Nat, I think we need to move from water to skies for a second... Those mighty fine russian planes: Il-4 is just great, flying nice, and nice to shoot down... But if I got this right, youīve made La-7 too. Have you fixed the shadow yet, or as usual am I the only one with this problem... ? The shadow is a big square, and in the other day,it corrupted my other planeīs shadows too in a mission...
Problem disappered, when I changed La to Mig...La is a nice plane and Iīd like to use it in missions, but sorry to say, for now I canīt...hope you can fix this...if you already havenīt... Thanks again... TFF
