If you're looking for the CD patch so you can "run the game once" before installing the 1.5 patch as most installation procedures recommend (require?), you can try the trick I did when I couldn't find it recently. I installed the latest patch and flew a mission once using it. Things weren't quite right (in the GUI if I recall correctly) but I expected that. Then I installed the 1.5 patch and it seems to have worked fine.
