Topic: Maximum number of aircraft in folder?

Folks,Is there a maximum number of aircraft you can have in your media/aircraft folder before the game/mission editor fails to find them, or malfunctions in some other way? I'm surprised and intimidated by how quickly I approached 100 when I re-installed with both WW1 and WW2 aircraft together! Regards, Chaps IP: Logged |

The limit is around 100 planes, but this can be extended, the limit doesn't seem to be to do with the number of planes, but actualy with the loadouts, bigger loadouts means less planes, smaller loadouts=more planes, but currently 100 is about the max. Jeves has done alot of work on the subject, so I'm hoping that he has something of a solution, or maybe this si something the Patch team are looking into.IP: Logged |

Chaps, some of us get around it by having a seperate install for WWI...if you have HD space.IP: Logged | |
